Black Stainless
I'm remodeling my kitchen. Thinking black or stainless. Do all appliances need to be same?
Having all the same color will give a coordinated look, especially if the appliances are next to each other. Too many black appliances in a small kitchen will make the room seem smaller. I don't really think it matters though.

I hate stainless steel, and don't like black or white appliances, What color does that leave me with?
I have a kitchen that we are going to redo. I want dark cherry wood cabinets, but I don't like how the warm tones in the wood look next to the stainless steel everyone says that I should buy.
Are ther any other choices?
Try "bisque." It's a creamy off-white.
It doesn't stand out as much as black or white. It's a neutral color. (It is not as yellow of a color as it was known as in the past.)
Go to the nearest store that sells appliances and compare the colors. If available, take a sample of your cabinet wood and counter-top to compare.

Okay, here's somethng to look out for.Any range of electric convection ovens are good. Lookout for the ones with a BIG fan behind to minimise preheat time. Ideally, power ratings should be around 1.5 – 2kW. Make sure the interior is either black or stainless steel, you're going to have a tough time cleaning up otherwise. A tempered glass door and oven lamp makes it easier to gauge your baked products, minimises opening / closing the door.There will be something around your budget.You may e-mail me for further details.Cheerios!
