Requirements for Xenon Bulbs?
I have a 2000 Toyota Avalon. I am thinking about buying Xenon Bulbs, I never use Xenon lights before, what is require to use them? I was looking at some videos on youtube and it look like a need to convert it to HID?
Is it mandatory to convert it to HID to use Xenon bulbs?
I am buying bulbs for this website, http://www.xenonlightshid.com/
you need to buy an HID Kit. Just buying the Xenon bulbs will not work. The kit includes a ballast which supplies power to the bulbs. Go on ebay and buy a kit from there. I ordered one a few weeks ago for $70 shipped to my door. It works great. Also, HID kits are not car specific so don't be thrown off if it doesn't say your specific car.

Why do my light bulbs burn out with in days?
In every light fixture that contains more than one bulb, it seems that one out of the 2 or three I replace burns out in a matter of days. Its like it can't handle more than one, but I am always using a lower voltage than the maxium it can handle. Any one with any ideas? My house never is well lit anymore.
I am guessing cheap bulbs. Cheap being the bulbs and not always the price. (Thank China)
I bought a very cheap 12 pack of bulbs on sale at Walgreens once. It even had a good brand name on them. I went through that whole 12 pack replacing those same bulbs over and over before ANY of the other older bulbs burned out.
They were junk.
Change brand of the bulbs and/or where you buy them is my first and best suggestion.
