What requirements does Seashells cosmos need?
I need to know what requirements Seashells Cosmos need for a school subject cause we are making a community graden on a trail at my school. I'm the one in charge of finding out what they need. Plz help me its a grade.
Yes because its not only my grade its two other girls grade. She said we can ask other people as long as we tell her.
I have already answered this in the yellow cosmos question but because you are asking about another variety I will add this.
You can intermingle the different types but it would be important to plant each variety in groups of at least 5 plants to be able to enjoy each and not just get a muddled look.
Also if you are planning to get seeds they should be planted quite apart from each other although even by doing this you will still get some cross pollination and may get some very interesting looking cosmos next year.
Again, cutting off the spent flowerheads is critical for a lush and continuing display
have fun
