Hydroponic Grow System Source

If i want to get into any of the things mentioned..then what would i declare my major as? or what would be my job title and can anyone in that field..give me what it is like to be in an enviromental field as far as stabilty goes and salary..cuz im a sophmore in college and i have 2 weeks to declare my major and pick classes..im kinda into enviroment and Aviation, but if i dont pick anything from there then i have to go for MD and be a Doctor..and i dont really think i do wanna be a doctor..so help.
