Was I ripped off at the repair shop being charged over $400?
The following repairs that were done on my 96 plymouth neon ($428 total bill- reasonable or not): brake flush/bleed, oil change, spark plug replace, spark plug wire replace, disposal fee, fuel system service (clean fuel injector, clean ISC/ASC motor, clean throttle body air intake, visually inspect fuel lines and fuel rail, pressur test fuel pump, inspect pressur regulator and vaccum line, decarbonize intake manifold and intake/exhaust valves, install 44K power enhancer in fuel tank).
No. You got a lot of work done for that amount of money. I would not hesitate to take my truck there based on price alone. You only got ripped off if the quality of work is substandard.

will a throttle position senser enhancer override a bad tps? I am trying not to buy the entire throttle body.?
