Calif - Can I act legally, as a consultant for Marajuana development?
Can I legally consult with persons, who are legitimately ill & if their illness is proven by medical reports, not simply a growers license from a so called "doctor"? Consulting may consist of assistance with building a room for their use only, or the type of marajuana they may need. I have 9 years experience in a "garden shop" that specializes in hydroponic growing.
Im sure that would be considered distribution of illegal *drugs* even if the person your giving it to is sick or not. So sorry no you cannot distribute marijuana legally even if you have been growing bud for 9 years.
