LED Warning Lights... Illegal?
Would an LED Warning Light Bar for a car be illegal to have? Or just illegal to use while the car is in motion?

Those are only allowed on certain authorized vehicles which are listed in your states vehicle code. (even the amber ones)
Red are authorized for fire and ambulance
Blue for police vehicles (or fire volunteers in certain states)
Amber for special vehicles which represent an increased hazard to the public (tow trucks, road repair trucks, snow plows and over-sized load trucks)
Any other use is prohibited.
PA law states you can not even have them mounted on the vehicle, even if they are not functional. Your state may vary slightly.
