What to make for dinner tonight?

I need some recipe ideas. Preferably scallops, grilled, and some sort of veggie/side dish ideas (more grilling recipes preferred). It's a perfect summer day, and is going to be a perfect summer night, and we want to spend as much time as possible outside, grilling, drinking beers, and loving life. Suggestions please!
Does nobody here have any sort of imagination? Cut and paste answers are lame.

Scallop Kebobs!

1 lb. Large Scallops
1 Zuchini or Yellow Squash, sliced 1/4 - 1/2" thick
1 Large Onion, bite sized pieces big enough to skewer
1 Large Sweet Pepper, bite sized pcs. big enough to skewer
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, stems removed

Make sure to cut your veggies large enough that your scallops will be off the grates of the grill, they will cook too fast.

Throw all the ingredients in a bowl. Alternately thread ingredients on your skewers.

Heat grill, lightly brush grates with EVOO. Cook skewers over a medium high grill, turning frequently, until the veggies are done, about 12 minutes.

Serve with a nice crusty bread and a perfect sunset.

Of the many varieties of food daily consumed, none are more important than a salad, rightly compounded. And there is nothing more exasperating than an inferior one. ? Braiding My Horses Mane?

Okay, I know how to do Continental, Running, Scallops, Plaits, and Button Braids. I am doing Button Braids for my horse shows this summer and my horse has a mane about 3-5 inches long. But here's the problem: I pulled his mane with a Solo Comb (my biggest mistake ever) because he had a really thick mane. Instead of going partially up the mane while backcombing it i went ALL THE WAY up and the cut it off. It looked horrible after. Then I recently pulled it regularly to thin it back out and even it up a bit. It worked- but now i have little thick short pieces underneath. What do I do for my braiding? Do i try to braid it in and hope it looks good? do i braid just the top, long hairs and then when i'm done, cut the pieces off underneath? HELP!

Do some braids before you show. See what braids look alright and test them to see how they stay in. Don't wait until the night before the show, or worse, show day to find out that your braids aren't going to work.

If you try your braids tomorrow, you will be able to find out how you can make the braids look good.
