Waterer Self
Can you help me find this cat waterer?
My cat loves to play with and spill his water everywhere. It makes a huge mess and is ruining my carpet. I once saw a self-waterer that looked very similar to a water bottle that you would use for a hampster, but it was made fora cat and stood up on the ground instead of attaching to a cage. For some reason, I didn't buy it when I saw it and now I can't find it again. Please help!!!
April- If I put it on the bathroom or kitchen floor it will just get that floor all wet, too. Easier to clean, but still a problem- DUH!
I guess it depends where you live but I have seen them at Zellers, walmart, petcetera, petsmart...etc. You could also as your vet. The vet or the technician probably knows of some good pet stores in your neighbourhood!
Just a warning, I bought one of those for my old cat. He didn't like it because when the water would come out, it would bubble and make a big 'gulp' sound. I have since used it with my new cats and they don't mind it (it took a while for them to get used to it but they are young so they seem to be able to tolerate change a bit better than my old senior cat could)
